Celebrating the art of French winemaking and gastronomy, we are proud to partner with Thibault Liger-Belair to present an intimate wine dinner at Belvedere—an exclusive space hosting only 18 on the Raffles at Galaxy Macau pool deck.

Domaine Liger-Belair was founded in 1720 by the mayor of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy—one of the most revered wine regions in the world. The property has been in the family for five generations. When Thibault Liger-Belair took over the family business in 2001, he ensured that the beauty of the terroir, his family’s expertise in viticulture, and his own passion for winemaking find full expression in every bottle.

Helming the dinner is Yorick Soh, Raffles at Galaxy Macau’s multi-award-winning Executive Chef, who will delight your palate with superb pairings. For his roasted Duck Breast, Chef Yorick has selected the Vosne-Romanée "Aux Réas" 2020, brimming with spicy notes and floral aromas. The highlight of the menu, M9 Wagyu Striploin, is served with two Pinot Noirs—Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru "La Toppe au Vert" 2017, lauded for its delicious dark fruit nuances and ripe tannins which cut through the luscious meat; Corton Grand Cru "Clos du Roi" 2016 whose outstanding richness and robust finish reveal another sophisticated layer to your tasting experience; and Moulin à Vent "Champ de Cour" 2019, renowned for its vibrant aromas of red cherry and raspberry and complemented by refined tannins, forms a heavenly pairing with a French cheese platter.
