Embark on an unparalleled culinary journey weaving the elegance of Dassai sake with premium seasonal ingredients masterfully prepared on the teppanyaki grill.

Our 8-course menu with 6 sake pairings begins with the incredibly sweet ark clams from Hyogo Prefecture, gracefully complemented by the delicate peach and melon aromas of Dassai 23 Sparkling. It is followed by fresh and smoked sashimi, with the iconic Dassai 23 accentuating the delicate flavor of the fish with its subtle acidity.

Fresh Australian lobster, when prepared on a hot teppanyaki grill, unleashes an intense umami flavor which is matched by none other than Dassai Beyond, the pinnacle of Dassai sakes. The harmonized sweetness and acidity of Dassai Blue 23, on the other hand, is a perfect match for our restaurant signature, Kagoshima Oda wagyu. Our rice dish is a celebration of ocean freshness topped with creamy Hokkaido sea urchin. The soft and light Dassai 23 Elegantly Tipsy is specially chosen to heighten your enjoyment.

Our signature dessert, French toast and Hokkaido milk ice cream, is paired with the captivating Dassai Umeshu. Crafted from ripe Nanko plums from Wakayama, this sweet wine boasts a juicy acidity that balances the decadent dessert.

Before your dinner, Dassai brand director Naoya Matsufuji and official ambassador Benny Lee will jointly host a masterclass, exploring the art of sake with you through a curated selection of Dassai masterpieces.
