Saffron: New Michelin Tasting Menu

The Michelin Selected Thai restaurant celebrates the vibrant flavors of the season with a new tasting menu. Crafted by Executive Chef Jan Ruangnukulkit, the exquisite selection comprises exciting reimagining of Thai classics, indulging your palate with the finest and freshest flavors and aromas.

Highly-prized Alaskan King Crab is one of the star ingredients. By marinating it in a rich and creamy curry before preparing it on the grill, Chef Jan endows the sweet and firm crab meat with a spicy, complex smokiness. For the soup, Glacier 51 Toothfish from the deeps of the sub-Antarctic is selected to pair with the sharp and refreshing flavors of ginger, tamarind and Thai herbs.

From the Gillardeau oyster appetizer, to the organic pork curry main dish and contemporary Thai dessert, every creation is an expression of Chef Jan’s creativity and deep reverence for her home country’s culinary tradition. Join us at Saffron for an inspiring gastronomic exploration.
