Our chefs have captured the fleeting beauty of the cherry blossom in a collection of sweet delights, headlined by a delicate Sakura Wagashi that mirrors the flower in full bloom.Complementing the sakura floral notes is a vibrant palette of red fruits – cherries, strawberries, and raspberries – designed to transport you to a colorful spring garden. A spring selection of fresh sashimi—Hokkaido sea urchin, fatty tuna belly and more—delivers umami sweetness in luscious bites.
