Taste of Spring Set Menu

Café de Paris Monte-Carlo celebrates the vibrant flavors of spring with a set menu of French classics, where every dish is an elegant expression of simple luxury.

White asparagus that is coming into season is paired with a velvety hollandaise sauce, coating every mouthful of the sweet vegetable with buttery goodness. Main course is Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, a popular festive dish in spring. Infused with the delightful aromas of thyme and rosemary, the tender and succulent cut is further elevated by the rich smokiness of aubergine caviar. Alternatively, you may select our chef’s Pan-seared Sea Bass, dressed with a luscious beurre blanc sauce and served with crisp French green beans, haricot verts.

As a nod to the season of new beginnings, we present a vibrant dessert of Strawberry Île Flottante where a light meringue is suspended in a pool of strawberry sauce, a delightfully airy finish to your wonderful meal.
